At Monitor we’ve taken great care to assemble a product range made up of only the world’s best equipment. You can rely on equipment from Monitor to keep going until the job is done. In fact, we’re so confident about the quality of our products that we are happy to offer you the Monitor Zero Days Lost guarantee.
For machines working within the Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth metro areas, the Zero Days Lost guarantee means just that – you won’t spend one full day without a machine when you’re on the job.
How it works
24/7 technical support from expert technicians over the phone or Zoom. And if we can’t fix the issue for you remotely, we’ll send a service technician to your site within the metro areas listed above that same day.
Loan units available as backup within the metro areas listed above. If our technicians can’t repair the machine then and there, we’ll supply a loan machine with the same or similar capability to keep you working, delivered to your site the very next working day.
Remote service with our in-house pilots and aircraft for Platinum clients. Have an issue with one of our machines in remote locations across Australia, and we’ll fly out a technician and the parts needed to get you back up and running.
Extensive product training at handover for your team, to minimise the risk of operator error or misuse. This helps to eliminate one of the major causes of breakdowns, as well as minimising injury to employees or damage to your investment.
